eero Software Security Updates

The security of your device is our top priority. We’ll support your eero devices with guaranteed software security updates until at least five years from when you bought them new on eero.com or Amazon.com (or until the date stated below if later). If you got your eero devices somewhere else, we’ll support it with software security updates until at least the date stated below. After that time, we strive to provide software security updates for as long as we can (subject to technical and other limitations). Please note this is not a guarantee as to how long your eero device will last. More information about your eero device and its applicable warranty can be found in our official policies.

When software security updates end, your eero device will still work and can still provide wifi.
