Do I need a password to sign in to my eero App?

You don’t need a password to access your eero account. Whenever you need to log in to the eero App, you’ll receive a login code via text or email. Alternatively, you can link your Amazon account to eero and log in with your Amazon username and password. Either way, your account stays secure. No extra password required.

If you forgot the password to your wifi network, you can view it in your eero App:

  1. Open the eero App, and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner

  2. Tap Wifi name & password

  3. Your password is shown under the Wifi network password field

    • If you need to change it, tap the existing password, and then tap Save when you’re done
