Do Profiles work in bridge mode?

Profiles will not work when your eeros are in bridge mode. While in bridge mode, your eeros will still mesh and provide wifi access, but another router will manage network traffic. To access all of eero's features, we recommend you use eero as your primary router.

If your network is currently bridged, you can disable bridge mode on your eero network:

  1. Open the eero App, and tap the Settings tab in the bottom-right corner

  2. Tap Advanced networking

  3. Tap DHCP & NAT

  4. Select Automatic to return to the default configuration, or Manual IP if you wish to enter a specific subnet range for your network

  5. Tap Save in the top-right corner. Your network will reboot and save changes in about 3 minutes
